Welcome, and thank you for choosing a local, veteran-owned family business. These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") explain the rules for using our website and our services. We have written them in plain language. Please read them carefully, because they affect your rights.

In these Terms, "Carolina Can Cleaning," "we," "us," and "our" mean Carolina Can Cleaning and Pressure Washing LLC, doing business as Carolina Can Cleaning & Pressure Washing, owned and operated by Paul and Kaitlyn Calderon. "You" and "your" mean the person visiting our website or requesting, booking, or receiving our services. "Services" means any trash can and recycling bin cleaning, commercial bin cleaning, pressure washing, or related service we provide. "Website" means https://carolinacancleaningnc.com and its pages.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By using our Website, contacting us for a quote, booking online, creating a customer account, or accepting services from us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.

Our booking agreement. When you book online, you are asked to accept the "Carolina Can Cleaning & Pressure Washing Terms and Conditions Agreement" shown at checkout in our booking system (the "Booking Agreement"). These Terms and the Booking Agreement are meant to work together. If something in these Terms conflicts with the Booking Agreement about a booked service, the Booking Agreement you accepted controls for that service, and these Terms control for everything else, including use of the Website. A written quote or written agreement we sign with a commercial or pressure washing customer controls over both for that job.

2. Eligibility

To book services you must:

  • be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract;
  • be the owner, tenant, property manager, or another person authorized to request service at the service address (if you are a tenant or HOA resident, you are responsible for following any lease or HOA rules that apply to your cans or property); and
  • give us accurate, current, and complete information, and keep it up to date in your customer account.

We may decline or cancel a booking if we cannot verify the information provided, if the address is outside our service area, or if we reasonably believe the service cannot be performed safely.

3. Our Services

Residential trash can and recycling bin cleaning. Our main service is cleaning the inside and outside of residential trash and recycling cans at the curb. We bring our own water, may use high-temperature water (up to about 200°F) and eco-friendly cleaning and deodorizing products, and we capture and haul away the wastewater on our trailer instead of leaving it in your yard or street. You do not need to be home.

Plans. We currently offer the following residential plans. Each plan covers up to 2 cans per visit:

PlanPriceCoversAdditional cans
Monthly (most popular)$20 per monthUp to 2 cans$8 each per clean
Quarterly$45 per clean (every 3 months)Up to 2 cans$22.50 each per clean
One Time Clean$65Up to 2 cans$32.50 each

Monthly plans have a 3-clean minimum and Quarterly plans have a 2-clean minimum (see Section 13). Prices shown on the Website or at checkout at the time you book are the prices that apply, plus the electronic processing fee and any taxes described in Section 10. If a price on the Website differs from the price shown at checkout, the checkout price controls, and you may cancel before service if you do not agree with it.

Commercial bin cleaning and pressure washing. We also clean commercial bins and dumpster-area containers and provide pressure washing (for example houses, driveways, sidewalks, and other surfaces). These services are quoted individually. Please request a quote through our Contact page or by calling (910) 690-9414. See Section 17.

Changes to services. We may add, change, or stop offering any service, plan, or feature. If we discontinue a plan you are subscribed to, we will give you reasonable notice and options, and you will not be charged for services we no longer provide.

4. Service Area and Plan Availability by ZIP Code

We serve Moore and Scotland counties in North Carolina, including Southern Pines, Pinehurst, Aberdeen, Cameron, Whispering Pines, and nearby communities. Service availability is based on your service address and ZIP code.

  • Not every plan is available at every address. Because of drive time and route density, addresses in outlying ZIP codes may be limited to Quarterly or One Time Clean service, or a trip fee may apply for customers at an extended distance from our regular service area. Any trip fee will be disclosed before service.
  • Our booking system may show only the plans available for your address. If you book a plan that is not available for your address, we will contact you to change the plan or cancel the booking with a full refund of anything paid for service not performed.
  • We may change our service area as our routes change. If we stop serving your address, we will give you as much notice as reasonably possible and refund any prepaid amount for services we cannot provide.

5. Scheduling, Trash Day, and Placing Your Cans

Service day. Residential cleanings are scheduled on or after your regular trash pickup day, once your cans have been emptied by your hauler. At checkout we ask for your trash day, service frequency, the approximate time your cans are usually emptied (for example, "Before 8am"), and your next emptied date so we can route you correctly. We also ask how you heard about us. Please tell us right away if your pickup day or time changes.

Cans at the curb. On your service day, please leave your emptied cans at the curb (or at the agreed location) where we can safely reach them from the street. Cans must remain empty, accessible, and available for cleaning until 6:00 PM that day. We will try to return cans to the spot where we found them, or to the location you request in your account notes if that is safe and practical.

Arrival times. We do not guarantee a specific arrival time. Arrival times vary because of hauler schedules, traffic, weather, and the number of stops that day.

Reminders and confirmations. We may send reminders before your service and a confirmation (sometimes with a photo) after your cans are cleaned, by text or email depending on your preferences. Please make sure our messages are not blocked or sent to spam. See Section 20 for communication consent.

6. Access, Gates, and Pets

  • If your cans are behind a gate, inside a fence, or in a gated community, you must give us accurate, current gate codes or access instructions in your customer account before your service day. We are not required to enter any enclosed area, and we will not enter your home or garage.
  • Please secure pets so our team can work safely. If a pet is loose near the cans or we reasonably believe it is unsafe to approach, we may skip the service; this is treated as a customer-caused missed service.
  • If a vehicle, locked gate, construction, or another obstacle blocks access, or if the location is unsafe (for example, ice, steep or unstable ground, aggressive animals, or traffic hazards), we may skip the service.
  • Missed services caused by access issues are not refundable (see Section 8).

7. Your Responsibilities

To keep everyone safe and your service on schedule, you agree that:

  • Your cans will be emptied by your hauler before our visit. We do not empty cans or remove trash. Small amounts of leftover residue are fine, but cans that contain unbagged trash, large amounts of leftover waste, or bags that were not picked up may not be cleaned.
  • Your cans will not contain hazardous materials, including chemicals, paint, oil, solvents, pesticides, batteries, needles or sharps, medical or biohazard waste, animal carcasses, ash or hot coals, construction debris, yard waste, or anything else unsafe or prohibited by your hauler or local rules. We will not clean cans containing these materials, and you agree to tell us in advance about anything unusual in a can.
  • Your cans will be in reasonable working condition (see Section 15).
  • You will give us accurate contact, address, trash-day, and access information, and update it in your customer account or by contacting us when it changes.
  • You will follow any HOA, landlord, or municipal rules that apply to where cans are placed and how long they can stay at the curb.
  • You will keep your payment method on file current (see Section 10).

If these requirements are not met, the service may be delayed, skipped, or charged as a missed service.

8. Missed Services and Re-Service

Missed by us. If we miss a scheduled service for a reason that is not caused by you, we will reschedule it as soon as practical or give you a credit for that service, at our choice.

Missed because of you. If we arrive and your cans are not at the curb, are not emptied, are not accessible, contain prohibited materials, or cannot be cleaned safely, the visit counts as a completed service for billing purposes and is not refundable. We will try to let you know what happened. We may offer to return on another day.

Not happy with a clean? If you think we missed a spot or your cans were not properly cleaned, please contact us within 24 hours of the service with a description and, if possible, a photo. If we agree the service was not completed properly, we will re-clean the affected cans at no charge on your next available service day or at a time we arrange with you. Re-cleaning is our first remedy for a service quality concern. See also Section 14.

9. Weather, Unsafe Conditions, and Rescheduling

Our rescheduling. We may reschedule services because of severe or inclement weather (for example, heavy rain, lightning, freezing temperatures, hurricanes or tropical storms), equipment failure, illness, holiday hauler delays, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will give notice whenever possible and will reschedule as soon as practical. During freezing weather we may delay service because water can freeze on surfaces. A visit rescheduled for these reasons is not a missed service and does not entitle you to a refund, but you will still receive the service you paid for or a credit for it.

Your rescheduling. If you need to change a scheduled service, please notify us by 1:00 PM the day before the scheduled service through your customer account, by calling or texting (910) 690-9414, or by emailing Info@carolinacancleaningnc.com. Requests received after that deadline may not be accommodated and are not eligible for a refund for that service.

Holidays and hauler changes. If your hauler moves pickup because of a holiday or weather, we will try to follow the new schedule, but we cannot guarantee it. Please let us know if you learn of a change.

10. Pricing, Fees, Taxes, Billing, and Auto-Renewal

Prices. Prices are listed on our Website and at checkout. Commercial and pressure washing prices are set by written quote.

Electronic processing fee. Carolina Can Cleaning charges a 4.00% electronic processing fee on all online and electronic payments, including payments made at checkout and recurring automatic payments. This fee is charged by us. It is not a bank, card-brand, or payment-processor surcharge. It helps cover the cost of our secure online booking, billing, and payment system and the online tools we provide for your convenience, so we can constantly improve our service. The fee is shown at checkout before you pay.

Taxes. Any applicable sales or other taxes are shown as a separate line at checkout and are added to your total.

Automatic billing. When you sign up for a Monthly or Quarterly plan, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on file automatically for each billing period or each scheduled service (as shown at checkout), including charges for additional cans, the electronic processing fee, taxes, and any other charges you agreed to, until you cancel as described in Section 13. One Time Clean services are charged as shown at checkout.

Auto-renewal. Subscription plans renew automatically and continue until you cancel. Your plan, price, and billing frequency are shown at checkout and in your customer account. You can see your upcoming services and billing in the customer portal at https://bincleaning.myroutepro.com/customer-login?business=carolina-can-cleaning-pressure-washing.

Failed or declined payments. If a payment fails, we will notify you and you agree to update your payment method promptly. We may retry the charge. If the problem is not resolved, we may pause or cancel your service until your account is current. You remain responsible for amounts owed for services already performed. You are also responsible for any late or returned-payment fees that apply to your account.

Price changes. We may change our prices. For existing subscriptions, we will give you at least 30 days notice by email, text, or invoice before a new price takes effect. If you do not want to continue at the new price, you may cancel before it takes effect without any early cancellation adjustment. If you keep your plan after the new price takes effect, you agree to the new price.

Billing questions. If you think you were charged in error, please contact us within 60 days of the charge so we can look into it and fix any mistake. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your card issuer so we can try to resolve it quickly.

11. Promotions and the CAROLINA50 Code

From time to time we offer promotions. Unless a promotion's written terms say otherwise:

  • CAROLINA50 gives new customers 50% off the first service (the first billing cycle) of a Monthly or Quarterly plan. It is not valid on One Time Clean services, commercial bin cleaning, or pressure washing.
  • After the first service, your plan automatically reverts to the standard rate for your plan. No ongoing or recurring discount applies after the promotional service.
  • Promotions are limited to one per household or service address, are for new customers only (unless stated), and cannot be combined with any other discount, special pricing, or promotion unless we agree in writing.
  • Promotional discounts have no cash value and are not prorated, credited toward future services, applied retroactively, or transferred to another person, address, or billing cycle.
  • The plan minimums in Section 13 apply to promotional sign-ups. If you cancel before meeting the minimum, the early cancellation adjustment in Section 13 applies, which is calculated against the price you actually paid.
  • We may change or end any promotion at any time, but changes will not affect a promotion already applied to your account. We may refuse or reverse a promotion that was obtained through misuse, such as multiple accounts for the same address.

12. Referral Program

If you are happy with our service, we would love for you to tell your family, friends, and neighbors. When a new customer you refer signs up and completes their first paid service, you will receive a $5 credit on your account, subject to these rules:

  • The new customer must be new to us, live at a different service address, and name you as their referral source at signup.
  • Referral credits are applied to future services on your account, have no cash value, are not transferable, and may expire if your account is canceled.
  • Referral credits cannot be earned by referring yourself or another account at your own address.
  • We may change or end the referral program at any time. Credits already earned before a change will be honored.

13. Cancellation, Pausing, Minimums, and Refunds

How to cancel or make changes. You can cancel, pause, or change your plan by contacting us by phone or text at (910) 690-9414, by email at Info@carolinacancleaningnc.com, or through your customer account if that option is available. We will confirm your cancellation in writing (email or text). Please keep that confirmation.

Notice period. Please submit cancellation requests at least 14 days before your next scheduled service date. If you give less notice, one additional scheduled service may be performed and charged before the cancellation takes effect. If a billing period has already been charged when you cancel, service continues through the end of that period.

Plan minimums. Monthly plans have a 3-clean minimum and Quarterly plans have a 2-clean minimum. You may cancel at any time after completing the minimum.

Early cancellation adjustment. If you cancel before completing the minimum, the services you received will be re-priced at our standard One Time Clean rate ($65 for up to 2 cans, plus $32.50 for each additional can), and the difference between that amount and what you actually paid will be charged to your payment method on file. We will show you how the adjustment was calculated on request.

Pausing. If you will be away or need a break, you may ask to pause service. You may pause service once per year, with the year counted from your sign-up date. Pausing means that one scheduled service is skipped, and service resumes at the next scheduled service. No other pause options are available. A pause does not count toward your plan minimum.

Moving. If you move outside our service area, please let us know. You may transfer your remaining service to another eligible address or person in our service area, or we may provide a prorated refund for prepaid services not yet performed, at our discretion. If you move within our service area, we will move your service to your new address if your plan is available there.

Refunds. Because our services are performed at a specific time and place, completed services are generally not refundable. Our remedies for service problems are re-cleaning (Section 8), the satisfaction guarantee (Section 14), and credits for services we miss. We will refund prepaid amounts for services we cannot perform for reasons on our side, such as discontinuing service to your area. Refunds, when given, go back to the original payment method. The electronic processing fee is non-refundable.

Our right to cancel. We may suspend or cancel service with notice if you do not pay, if you repeatedly fail to meet the requirements in Section 7, if you or anyone at the property threatens or harasses our team, or if we can no longer safely or practically serve your address. If we cancel for reasons that are not your fault, the early cancellation adjustment does not apply and we will refund any prepaid amount for services not performed.

14. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you tell us within 24 hours of a cleaning that it wasn't right, we will reschedule and re-clean at no charge.

Any guarantee applies to the quality of the cleaning itself. It does not cover issues caused by the condition or age of the can, missed services caused by the customer, or odors that return because of new waste placed in the can after cleaning.

15. Can Condition, Property, and Water

Can condition. Cleaning uses hot, pressurized water and requires handling and tipping the can. Cans that are old, sun-damaged, brittle, cracked, warped, or already damaged (including broken lids, hinges, wheels, or axles) can break during normal handling. We are not responsible for damage to cans caused by pre-existing wear, age, defects, or normal handling. If we notice a can looks unsafe to clean, we may skip it and let you know. Cans are usually owned by your hauler or town; if a can needs to be replaced, please contact them.

Stains and odors. We work hard to remove grime and odors, but some stains, discoloration, residue, or odors (for example, from paint, oil, or long-term buildup) may not be fully removable. We do not guarantee complete stain or odor removal, and odors may return as soon as new trash goes in.

Driveway, curb, and street. We capture wastewater on our trailer, but a small amount of clean rinse water, mist, or overspray may land on the curb, driveway, or street near your cans, and surfaces may be wet for a short time afterward. Please use care around wet surfaces. We are not responsible for pre-existing staining, cracks, or surface conditions on driveways, curbs, or streets.

Property. We take care around your property, vehicles, landscaping, and mailboxes. If you believe we caused damage, please tell us within 48 hours of the service, with photos, and give us a reasonable chance to inspect it before any repairs are made (except in an emergency). If we are responsible, we will work with you to repair, replace, or reimburse the reasonable cost, subject to Section 24.

16. Health, Safety, and Environmental Practices

We use cleaning and deodorizing products that we believe are appropriate and eco-friendly for this type of work, and we dispose of captured wastewater in accordance with applicable rules. If anyone in your household has sensitivities to cleaning products, please let us know in advance. Our team may decline to clean a can if they believe doing so would be unsafe.

17. Pressure Washing and Commercial Services

Quotes. Commercial bin cleaning and pressure washing are priced by quote. Quotes are based on the information you provide and, where needed, an inspection. A quote is valid for 10 business days unless it says otherwise. If the site conditions are different from what was described (for example, larger area, heavier buildup, or limited water access), we may adjust the quote with your approval before continuing.

Water and access. For pressure washing, you agree to provide reasonable access to the work area and, if required by the quote, access to an outdoor water spigot and electricity. Please close windows and doors, move vehicles, furniture, decorations, and fragile items, and secure pets before we arrive.

Surface conditions. Pressure washing, soft washing, and cleaning solutions can expose or worsen pre-existing conditions. We are not responsible for damage, deterioration, or cosmetic changes caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, aging or improperly installed materials, or failing coatings, including:

  • paint or stain that chips, peels, flakes, blisters, or fades;
  • oxidation, discoloration, or uneven appearance revealed by cleaning;
  • loose or damaged siding, trim, shingles, gutters, mortar, brick, stucco, or concrete;
  • water intrusion through defective seals, windows, doors, vents, or existing structural issues;
  • etching, lines, wand marks, or imperfections exposed during cleaning;
  • rust, hard water, oil, grease, battery acid, or chemical stains that cannot be fully removed;
  • sensitive landscaping or plants (we rinse plants and take reasonable precautions, but cannot guarantee against reaction to cleaning solutions); and
  • improperly secured fixtures, decorations, lights, cameras, or signage.

Some mold, mildew, algae, and stains may not be completely removable without risking damage, and we may stop rather than risk damage. Mold, mildew, and algae can return over time.

Commercial accounts. Commercial customers may be asked to sign a separate service agreement covering frequency, pricing, access hours, and site rules. That agreement controls for commercial work if it conflicts with these Terms.

18. Photos and Marketing Use

We may take before-and-after photos or short videos of your cans, and of work areas for pressure washing jobs, to document the service, confirm completion, handle questions or damage claims, and train our team. We try not to capture people, faces, license plates, or house numbers.

We may also use photos and videos of our work (cans, driveways, and surfaces) on our Website and social media (such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok) and in other marketing. We will not publish your name or full address with them without your permission. If you prefer that photos from your property not be used for marketing, just tell us at any time by email or text, and we will stop using them going forward and will remove posts we control where practical. Opting out does not affect your service. We will still take photos to document the service.

19. Customer Accounts

Bookings, billing, and customer accounts are managed through our booking and customer-management software, MyRoute Pro. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity in your account. Please tell us right away if you think your account has been used without your permission. Your use of the MyRoute Pro signup and customer portal is also subject to MyRoute Pro's own terms and privacy policy.

Service messages. By providing your phone number and email address when you book or contact us, you agree that we may contact you by call, text message (SMS/MMS), and email about your account and services, including booking confirmations, reminders, service-day notices, completion confirmations and photos, schedule changes, weather delays, billing and payment notices, and customer support. These messages may be sent using automated technology.

Marketing messages. We will send marketing or promotional text messages only if you have separately agreed to receive them (for example, by checking the marketing consent box on our contact form or at signup). Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of buying any service. You may receive marketing emails if you are a customer or have asked us for information; every marketing email will include a way to unsubscribe.

Opting out. You can reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts from us. Reply HELP for help, or call (910) 690-9414. If you opt out of all texts, we may still contact you by email or phone about your service, and you may miss service reminders. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the email or by contacting us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your number. You confirm that the phone number you provide is yours or that you are authorized to use it, and you agree to tell us if your number changes or is reassigned. Please see our Privacy Policy for how we handle your mobile information.

21. Website Use, Intellectual Property, Reviews, and User Content

Permitted use. You may use our Website for personal, lawful purposes, such as learning about our services, contacting us, and booking. You agree not to misuse the Website, including by trying to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, introducing malware, scraping it with automated tools, sending spam through our forms, or using it to violate any law.

Our content. The Website and its content, including our name, logos, mascot, trailer and can graphics, photos, videos, text, and design, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Sharing links to our pages and social media posts is welcome.

Reviews and content you send us. If you send us or post reviews, testimonials, photos, comments, or other content about us (for example, on Google or Facebook, or through our forms), you confirm that it is truthful and that you have the right to share it. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, quote, and share that content (including your first name and last initial, and your town) on our Website, social media, and marketing. We may lightly edit for length or clarity without changing the meaning. Please do not include anyone else's personal information. You can ask us at any time to stop featuring your review on our own Website, and we will do so going forward. We do not offer payment or discounts in exchange for positive reviews.

Feedback. If you give us suggestions or feedback, we may use them freely without any obligation to you.

22. Third-Party Sites and Services

Our Website links to and works with third-party services, including MyRoute Pro (booking, accounts, and payments) and its payment processor, Google (reviews, maps, and analytics), Facebook and Instagram (Meta), and TikTok. These services are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to read. We are not responsible for third-party websites, their content, availability, or practices. A link does not mean we endorse everything on that site.

23. Disclaimers

We perform our services with reasonable care and skill. Except as expressly stated in these Terms (including any satisfaction guarantee in Section 14), and to the fullest extent permitted by law, our services and the Website are provided "as is" and "as available," and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that cleaning will make cans sanitary or free of all bacteria, or that the Website will always be available, error-free, or free of harmful components. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

24. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by North Carolina law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of use, arising from the Website or our services.
  • We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, the age or condition of cans or surfaces, your failure to follow these Terms, the actions of your trash hauler or other third parties, or events beyond our reasonable control.
  • Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the lesser of (a) $500 or (b) the amount you paid us for the specific service that gave rise to the claim, except where a different limit applies under a signed commercial or pressure washing agreement.

These limits do not apply to damage caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct, or to any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

25. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Carolina Can Cleaning and its owners, employees, and contractors from claims, losses, and reasonable expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) hazardous or prohibited materials placed in your cans; (c) inaccurate information you provide, including about your authority to request service at an address; (d) unsafe conditions at your property that you knew about and did not tell us about; or (e) content you submit. This does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by our own negligence or misconduct.

26. Disputes, Governing Law, and Venue

Let's talk first. Most concerns can be fixed with a phone call. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at (910) 690-9414 or Info@carolinacancleaningnc.com, describe the issue, and give us at least 30 days to try to resolve it informally. We will do the same for you.

Governing law. These Terms and any dispute relating to the Website or our services are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Venue. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be brought in the state courts located in Moore County, North Carolina (or the federal court for the Middle District of North Carolina, if it has jurisdiction), and you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court (magistrate's court) in Moore County instead.

Time limit. To the extent permitted by law, any claim must be brought within one (1) year after it arises.

27. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page and change the "Last updated" date. If a change is significant and affects existing customers, we will also notify you by email, text, or invoice before it takes effect. Changes do not apply retroactively. If you continue to use the Website or receive services after the updated Terms take effect, you accept them. If you do not agree, you may cancel your service as described in Section 13; we will not apply an early cancellation adjustment if you cancel because of a significant change that takes away something you were promised.

28. General Terms

  • Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect, and the unenforceable part will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted.
  • No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision right away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later.
  • Assignment. You may not transfer your account or these Terms to someone else without our consent, except as described for moves in Section 13. We may transfer our rights and obligations in connection with a sale, merger, or reorganization of our business, and we will notify customers if that happens.
  • Relationship of the parties. Our team members and any subcontractors act on our behalf; nothing in these Terms creates a partnership or employment relationship between you and us.
  • Events beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, utility outages, government orders, or equipment failure.
  • Entire agreement. These Terms, our Privacy Policy, the Booking Agreement you accept at checkout, and any written quote or agreement we sign with you are the entire agreement between you and us about the Website and our services.
  • Headings. Headings are for convenience only.
